Brighton Ford Back to School Supply Drive
Join us as we kick off our Back to School Supply Drive! Brighton Ford will be collecting donations to help stock our classrooms this school year until August 21. Any and all school supplies welcome, but some favorites of teachers are:
– Dry erase markers
– Post-it notes
– Sharpies
– Highlighters
– Sanitizing wipes
– Tissues
– Individually wrapped classroom snacks
– Pre-sharpened pencils
– Scissors (kids)
When you make a donation you will be given a raffle ticket to enter to win one of SEVERAL prizes including a CHROMEBOOK, gift cards or $500.00 for your child’s school! We may not know what the back to school plan is for sure, but we can all make a difference – one donation at a time!

Brighton Ford is excited to welcome our newest Sales Consultant to the team: Jeff Johnston! Jeff is a Brighton High School Alumni and is well known in the community. In his spare time he lifts competitively and is a Sponsored Athlete at Official MHP® and at Overkill Strength Equipment. Jeff is a proud father of two boys. His eldest is a high school senior who is currently in basic training for the US National Guard. His youngest is in eighth grade and enjoys playing basketball, baseball and football.

Driving Out Hunger in Livingston County
For our final Random Act of Kindness we wanted to do something big! Brighton Lighthouse, ‘I Will Right Now’ Foundation and Brighton Ford joined forces and donated Bountiful Harvest with a new vehicle to help serve the Brighton Community and deliver meals to over 2,000 families. Brighton Ford collected nonperishable food donations for over a week and matched every food donation 1:1 to fill the van. We also donated $1,000.00 to this wonderful charity. The ribbon cutting took place on Friday June 19, 2020 where several community members, along with our local radio station WHMI came to present the van to Yvonne, director of Bountiful Harvest. The icing on the cake was that Yvonne was celebrating her 75th birthday!
We are honored to partner with such great groups such as the “I Will Right Now Foundation” and the Brighton Light House. The “I Will Right Now Foundation” is a non-profit set up to help others navigate through a life threatening diagnosis. The Brighton Light House is a new space to connect, create and collaborate in Brighton, opening this year. The Brighton Light House will serve as a home for Heart Connected, LLC, the World Headquarters for North Manitou Light Keepers and will provide shared working space for practitioners working to make the world a better place by sharing healing arts practices. As our #BrightonFordDelivers … Random Acts of Kindness promotion comes close to an end, we wanted our final act to be something big! Brighton Lighthouse, ‘I Will Right Now’ Foundation and Brighton Ford are excited to announce we will be supplying Bountiful Harvest with a new vehicle to help serve the Brighton Community and deliver meals to over 2,000 families.

In an attempt to spread kindness we launched the #BrightonFordDelivers… Random Acts of Kindness campaign to support local businesses, help others and simply to spread cheer in our community. A Random Act of Kindness, no matter how small, can change someone’s day and we are hoping to bring smiles to as many faces as we can. We will be running the campaign throughout the summer and will continue to treat our front line workers to snacks or lunch, purchasing gift cards from local businesses to donate to food-insecure families and to help as much as we can!
We encourage everyone to join us! Share your Random Act of Kindness on social media with the hashtag #BrightonFordDelivers and we will randomly select a few people to win full vehicle details. Together we are better and we are #BrightonFordCommunityStrong.
