 "Had work done at the body shop. Michelle at the front desk is very polite with a great attitude. Brian was my contact overseeing the body repair work, he followed up every step of the way so I knew what was going on with my vehicle. They worked to secure a rental by working with my insurance company. When I needed a truck with a hitch, they were able to supply a Ford F-150 from the dealership so I could tow my boat on a planned weekend when my vehicle was still in the shop.     "In February our family managed to total two cars, mine being the first.  I found two cars, identical except for color, at two separate dealerships, one being Brighton Ford.  When I called on the vehicles Jack Ringwood sold me on Brighton Ford.  To name a few things:

•         He was accommodating; willing to stay as late as needed to get the transaction done.

•         As my husband was traveling, he offered to return my rental car so I didn't have to worry about it.

•         I had my youngest daughter with me and he was engaging during the transaction so she was not bored - making the             process that much easier on me.

•         He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer my questions.

•         He was respectful; he spoke to me, not at me and was an active listener during the entire process.

    Now if that were the end of the story, it would equate to a very pleasant experience.  However, while I was in the midst of the paperwork for the Flex, my husband called informing me he totaled his car on his drive up north.  Jack expedited my transaction, allowed me to leave my rental car in the lot overnight (as it appeared we were going to need it) and volunteered to have me come back and go over the details on my car the next day.

    As a result of his professionalism with my transaction he earned a second sale, as the following week my husband purchased an F150.

    I've always been a Ford girl, but Jack has ensured I will be a continued Brighton Ford customer.  In addition, their hours of operation are perfect for those of us who work - I was floored at the number of dealerships who are not open late or on weekends - yet another reason to refer the dealership." - Google Review

"I have been buying and leasing from Brighton Ford for nearly a decade, despite having several other Ford dealers closer to me. Their sales team is very knowledgeable and my experience has always been great. We even go out of our way to service our cars there (again, despite other dealers being closer). In the past 7 years, we have purchased new, purchased used, leased, traded in. We have financed and we have bought outright. Our experience, no matter which department we have dealt with, has always been positive. They are great about presenting your options and not pressuring you to make the decision that best suits them.
